What does MPS stand for?
MPS in the name MPS GOLD™ stands for Mucilaginous Poly Saccharides. Mucilaginous corresponds to the sticky nature of Aloe Vera gel. Poly means “many” and which is a way of describing the long linear chains of Saccharides (carbohydrates or sugars). These long chain sticky Saccharide molecules make the gel sticky and are one and the same as the active ingredients in Aloe Vera gel: Galactomannans.
