Dr. Ou began using this combination of products that I have named the M-Power Perfect Health Program. Dr. Ou and I have talked extensively by telephone and quickly found that we work very well together based on our similar philosophy about healing.

About Dave Ou, M.D.
Dave Ou, M.D. is a board certified specialist in Internal Medicine with an interest in tapping into the body's innate ability to heal. He has a degree in physics from Cornell University, an M.D. from the University of Miami, and internal medicine training from Emory University.
Dr. Ou has begun using Dr. David Wheeler's natural products, which together as a combination are called the M-Power Perfect Health Program. He uses Dr. Wheeler's product combinations as the foundation for all other alternative products and methods provided to patients in his practice.
He has tested countless systems of so-called alternative and natural therapies, but has found that the vast majority of them produce limited and inconsistent results. Most therapies produce good results sometimes, but Dr. Ou does not believe that is enough. His goal is to use therapies that consistently produce excellent results even with difficult to treat conditions such as fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. His approach to healthcare is based on the following principles:
1) The human body can heal if all its cells, organs, and systems function and work together properly.
2) Health problems occur when cells, organs, and the immune system are weakened or imbalanced from a variety of reasons such as environmental
toxins, stress, and poor diet.
3) An effective system of healing is able to restore the function of the body by a) removing the factors that interfere with proper function and
b) restoring the strength of weak cells and organs. Most therapies do not accomplish either task well.
4) From the standpoint of physics and many systems of traditional healing all matter, including the human body, is governed by energy fields.
The most successful therapies work at the bioenergetic level, which is deeper than the chemical level.
One of the few products that fits Dr. Ou's philosophy is a combination of products developed by David Wheeler, D.C. They are M-water, Core Water, Core Nectar, MPS-GOLD, and the Beryllium Homeopathic Program. Collectively, when these products used together they are called the M-Power Perfect Health Program. He finds that they effectively create a strong, holistic foundation for healing. Dr. Ou uses non-force kinesiology or muscle testing to determine what products are beneficial for his patients. The M-Power Perfect Health Program products are the only ones that he has found to be beneficial to virtually all of his patients and in many cases have provided all the healing input the body requires.
Dr. Ou builds upon that foundation of the M-Power products from Dr. David Wheeler by using FCT (Field Control Therapy) invented by Savely Yurkovsky, M.D. This system is used worldwide by a very small number of pioneering practitioners to help even those who have failed both conventional and alternative therapies. In FCT, non-force kinesiology is used to pinpoint weaknesses in the body and the reasons for the weaknesses. It is also used to determine which remedies are of the greatest benefit to the individual patient and their optimal doses. Based on testing results, a custom sequence of homeopathic remedies are given to discharge toxins and restore the strength of weakened organs. According to Dr. Ou, using the M-Power Perfect Health Program and FCT together is very effective.
