Based on analysis of 40 different water products by Melonie Montgomery at Fenestra Research, Inc. in February of 2005, the Optimum Hydration Profile (O.H.P.) for drinking water has recently been established. It has taken me a number of months to reach specific conclusions about the significance of O.H.P., with this report making public certain aspects of this information and what it means.
The 40 water products tested included: different types of M-Water®, different kinds of bottled drinking water and an array of functional water products. Well known international bottled drinking water as well as lesser known forms was included. Most of the major functional water products were also tested.
This report is only available in my book, Water Empowerment for Life, with the first printing available by October of 2005 (the manuscript edition available on the website does not contain the O.H.P. section).
