Core Water™ is used to enhance the effect of M-Water^® in the Primordial version. Both are considered vibrationally potentized in terms of being added to clean drinking water in small amounts to enhance it vibrationally. To get the most out of M-Water® it is advised that both are used.

The use of both as a combination in terms of adding them to clean drinking water is simple: Instead of adding two teaspoons of just M-Water^® in the Primordial version to a gallon of clean drinking water (or to smaller amounts as a fraction, such as half a teaspoon to a liter), use 50% of each when added to other water.

The recommended drinking of M-Water^® in the Primordial version right from the bottle twice a day, first thing in the morning after waking up and right before sleep, is also very simple. Ordinarily the smallest amount of M-Water^® in the Primordial version taken by itself is one teaspoon morning and evening. The best way to take Core Water™ with Primordial M-Water^® is to take a minimum of one teaspoon of each and mix together in a cup and then drink. The M-Water^® directions indicate that up to four ounces of the Primordial version right from the bottle can be taken every day day. With any amount over one teaspoon of either product take 50% of each.
